 Born in Perú. Graduated with honors from Law School at the Pontifical Catholic University of Perú with Major in International Law. Worked for several years in the Superior Court of Justice as the Judge´s Assistant and studied Diplomacy while writing his Thesis to become a certified Lawyer. He was also an Adjunct Professor for International Relations in the University he was graduated from. International Affairs, International Law and teaching languages are his passion. This combination allowed him to work with individuals from all over the world, understand different cultures, and  being actively involved in the challenges of international relations. In his spare time he likes to travel around the world, read biographies from French State men, and write articles about royalty for a magazine in Spain. Currently he is a Board Member of the Board of Directors of the United Nations Association of the United States of America - Chapter Boulder and an LL.M. candidate for International Business Transactions, class of 2014 at the University of Denver. Also, he is part of the LL.M. Moot Team & VIS Moot Team of the University of Denver.
